Terms of Sale for Automotive Artwork

1. Intellectual Property & Fair Use Statement

All artwork sold on this site/store is hand-created and represents an original artistic interpretation of automobiles. I am not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any car manufacturer, including but not limited to Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Ferrari, Ford, or any other brand. Any trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers appearing in the artwork are depicted as part of a transformative artistic expression and not for commercial branding purposes.

2. Artwork Usage & Licensing

Purchasing an original painting, print, or digital artwork does not transfer copyright ownership to the buyer. The artist retains all rights to reproduce, sell, and distribute the artwork in any form. Buyers may use the purchased artwork for personal display only. Commercial use, reproduction, or resale of the artwork without written permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Custom Commissions & Requests

Custom artwork of personal vehicles is available upon request. By commissioning an artwork, the buyer acknowledges that the final product is an artistic interpretation and may not be an exact photographic reproduction.

4. Digital Downloads & Prints

Digital artwork files are for personal use only and may not be resold, modified, or used for commercial purposes. All digital sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of instant file delivery.

5. Trademarks & Third-Party Rights

Any mention of vehicle names, models, or manufacturers is strictly for descriptive purposes only. This store and its artwork do not infringe upon or seek to replace official branding, marketing materials, or merchandise offered by any car manufacturer.

6. Liability & Indemnification

By purchasing from this store, the buyer acknowledges that they are acquiring an artistic representation and not an officially licensed product. The artist and seller are not liable for any claims regarding brand affiliations, copyright, or trademark disputes.
